Needed oil change and comprehensive analysis of the vehicle - Jeep Wrangler JKU. Scheduling was easy, everyone pleasant to talk to. Needed some extra work, no pressure to get it done. They completed the work with comprehensive analysis including images in a timely manner. All questions answered. Reasonable cost, very happy with the service as a whole. Will be a return customer and recommend to friends and family.

This place is Amazing! The services here are great, and the attention to detail was far above and beyond I have ever experienced. The pricing is very fair and they care about the customers here! We called late in the day, and they took us right in, and provided for us excellent service. I would highly recommend this business to everyone who needs a honest mechanic, and highly skilled work done on their vehicle! We had them evaluate a car we were wanting to purchase, and they gave us a fully-detailed report that helped us make our decision. Thank you for such excellent service!

I’ve trusted My Family Car Care with several different vehicles over the years, and they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more involved repairs, the service has always been top-notch. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, never try to upsell unnecessary work, and their pricing is always fair. The turnaround time is impressive, and it’s obvious they take pride in doing the job right the first time. Finding an honest, dependable repair shop isn’t easy these days, but this is one I recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

I recently visited this shop for the first time, and I can honestly say it was a great experience. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. I spoke with Nick (and Mike, I believe) but everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They were honest and communicated right away. They explained the work clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and were transparent about pricing from the start. The cost was very fair for the quality of service I received. They also completed the job faster than expected, which was a huge bonus. Since getting my car back, it has been driving smoothly and feels great on the road. Finding a trustworthy auto shop/mechanic can be difficult, but this shop earned my confidence on the first visit. I’ll absolutely be returning for future maintenance and repairs, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly service.
